TECT Power manufactures critical turbine engine rotating components and assemblies for aviation and industrial applications, as well as components for other industries with similar engineering and quality requirements. Our five facilities are spread throughout the U.S. and feature a broad range of manufacturing technology and capabilities. These technical abilities are just one of the many reasons TECT Power is an industry leader in the forging, EDM and complex 5-axis milling of turbine engine components for aerospace gas turbines, industrial gas turbines, and steam turbines. About Tect Power

Whatever brand an industrial or aerospace engine has on the outside, chances are that quality precision components and assemblies from TECT Power are on the inside. TECT Power forges and machines engine-ready components and assemblies made from the full spectrum of aerospace materials and superalloys. We specialize in components for fan, compressor and turbine sections found in power generation, steam turbine, marine propulsion, aerospace, and other industrial applications. These include complex, hollow and solid airfoils, rotating components, complex structures, and demanding industrial hardware and assemblies.

Robert Cohen

President and Chief Executive Officer

Rob Cohen is the President and Chief Executive Officer for TECT Power, a privately held manufacturer of critical components and assemblies serving the Aerospace / Industrial marketplaces.

Rob joined TECT in April 2005 as Vice President and General Manager of TECT Power’s Cleveland / Thomasville Operations. He was promoted to President of TECT Power in October of 2005, a position he held until his appointment to Chief Executive Officer of TECT in January 2013. In 2017 Rob assumed his current role as President and Chief Executive Officer of TECT Power when TECT separated its two business units, TECT Power and TECT Aerospace into separate businesses within the Stony Point Group. He has over 30 years of industry experience in the Aerospace / Industrial Marketplace. Prior to joining TECT he spent 7 years with Teleflex and 12 years with General Electric’s Aviation Business. He held positions of increased responsibility in operations and general management at both companies.

Rob holds a BA in Business Management from Wilmington College, an MBA from Xavier University and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering and Applied Science Advisory Council.

Rob resides in Cincinnati, Ohio with his wife Donna. Their four children and families are located in Cincinnati and Cleveland. His interests include spending time with his children and grandchildren and traveling with his wife.


Douglas Schoulthies

Vice President of Sales and Program Management

Mr. Doug Schoulthies is a Senior Executive with over 30 years of in depth experience in the Aerospace Industry. Prior to joining TECT in 2006, Doug’s aerospace experience included 10 years with Meyer Tool Inc. and 9 years with Teleflex Aerospace Manufacturing Group where he held Quality and Sales leadership positions. Doug started his career with TECT Power as Director of Industrial Sales and moved into leadership roles in Business Development, Contracts & Compliance and V.P. of Sales & Marketing. Doug attended both Northern Kentucky University and Wilmington College.

Gregory Salesses

Vice President of Human Resources

Mr. Salesses has been with TECT Power since it was established in 2001. He was promoted to Director Human Resources for TECT January 2013. He had been the Director of Human Resources for TECT Power since July 2007. Greg has held various human resources positions in his 25-year career, gaining knowledge and increased responsibility with each one. Prior to the TECT positions, he had four years with Textron, four years with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and seven years on active duty as a U.S. Marine Corps pilot. Greg holds a BA in history from Assumption College, a MMA from Troy University and has attended the Advanced Human Resources Management Program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.

Randy Clifton

Vice President of Finance

Mr. Clifton joined TECT Power in June 2014, after holding the position of CFO/Controller with Hi-Tek Manufacturing. Prior to working with Hi-Tek, Randy held various finance positions with increasing responsibility at different companies, including Cincinnati Laser Cutting, AM Management, Global Gauge Corp., Lau Industries (a Tomkins subsidiary), and Dover Corp. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati, with majors in accounting and finance. Randy and his family reside in the Cincinnati area.
