TECT Power forges and machines engine-ready components and assemblies made from the full spectrum of aerospace materials and superalloys. CEO of TECT / Acting President of TECT Power
Mr. Cohen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of TECT. Rob joined TECT in April 2005 as Vice President and General Manager of TECT Power's Cleveland and Thomasville operations. He was promoted to President of TECT Power in October of 2005, a position he held until his recent appointment of CEO in January 2013. He has over 25 years of industry experience in the aerospace and industrial marketplace. Prior to joining TECT, Rob spent seven years with Teleflex and 12 years with GE Aviation. He held positions of increased responsibility in operations and general management at both companies.
Rob holds a BA in business management from Wilmington College, an MBA from Xavier University, and has completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the University of Cincinnati College of Engineering and Applied Science Advisory Council.
Vice President of Finance
Mr. Clifton joined TECT Power in June 2014, after holding the position of CFO/Controller with Hi-Tek Manufacturing. Prior to working with Hi-Tek, Randy held various finance positions with increasing responsibility at different companies, including Cincinnati Laser Cutting, AM Management, Global Gauge Corp., Lau Industries (a Tomkins subsidiary), and Dover Corp. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Cincinnati, with majors in accounting and finance. Randy and his family reside in the Cincinnati area.
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Haywood is Vice President, Global Sales for TECT Power. Greg joined the company in January 2014 and is responsible for global sales of products to OEM customers in markets worldwide.
Haywood has held several high-level positions within the aerospace industry since 1985. He previously served as the Director of Aviation OEM Sales with Woodward. Prior to Woodward, Greg worked for Standard Aero and GE Aviation in roles of increasing responsibility in sales, product management and customer service.
Haywood graduated with honors from Purdue University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Technology and earned his Masters of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Director of Human Resources / Supply Chain, Tect
Mr. Salesses has been with TECT since it was established in 2001. He was promoted to Director Human Resources for TECT January 2013. He had been the Director of Human Resources for TECT Power since July 2007. Greg has held various human resources positions in his 25-year career, gaining knowledge and increased responsibility with each one. Prior to the TECT positions, he had four years with Textron, four years with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and seven years on active duty as a U.S. Marine Corps pilot. Greg holds a BA in history from Assumption College, a MMA from Troy University and has attended the Advanced Human Resources Management Program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
