We're industry leaders in the 5-axis milling of blisks (IBR), solid and hollow fan blades, outlet guide vanes, and other demanding product applications. TECT Power is recognized as an industry leader for the development of the most effective milling techniques for blisks (IBR) and airfoils.


Our multi-axis CNC contour milling capabilities can machine blisk (IBR) components with an overall diameter of 26 inches of aluminum, stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium. Our blade capabilities are up to 52 inches in length.

Our multi-axis CNC turning capabilities machine up to 130 inches in diameter of aluminum, stainless steel, nickel alloys, and titanium using 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machines.
